Our office is a simple setup, mostly just some chairs and a desk where we handle all the logistics stuff. The area around 4th Cross is mostly residential and small businesses, so it has a very local feel. We spend a lot of time checking on where the vehicles are and if they’ve hit any of the famous Bangalore traffic jams. It’s a constant struggle to keep things on time when the roads are blocked, but we do what we can. We don't have a big marketing department or any polished brochures. Most of our clients are people we’ve worked with for a long time. The team here is small, just a couple of us who know the ins and outs of the business.
