Working out of the 6th floor of the Manipal South Block on MG Road means we see a lot of the city from our windows every day. Astute Outsourcing Services Pvt Ltd has been tucked away here for a while. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so getting to work is always an adventure with the metro and the traffic. We handle outsourcing tasks for different businesses, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on computers and talking to people overseas or in other states. The office is pretty functional, just rows of computers and a small break area where we eat our lunch. We aren't trying to be the biggest company on the street, just a reliable one that gets the data or the support work done right. Sometimes the elevator takes forever because it's a big building with many offices, but you get used to it after a week. MG Road is always humming with energy, and we kind of feed off that. We have people from all over the city coming here to work every morning. It’s just a group of us trying to stay organized and help our clients keep their costs down. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just sit down, log in, and handle the tasks assigned to us. It’s a steady rhythm that works for us and the people who hire us to help them out.
