Our place is located on Mysore Road, right at No. 102 in the Kavika Quarters area of Bangalore. If you know this road, you know how the traffic can be. It is always loud with the sound of trucks and buses passing by all day. We spend most of our time in the office handling the logistics side of things. There are ledgers everywhere and the phones never seem to stop ringing. Byatarayanapura is a very industrial sort of place, so it fits what we do. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and manage the routes. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of noise and a bit of chaos as we figure out the schedules. We have been here for a good amount of time, seeing the neighborhood change and the roads get wider. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp because the paperwork for road transport can get confusing if you aren't careful. It gets a bit chilly in the Bangalore winters, but the rest of the year it’s just the usual bustle. We deal with all kinds of drivers and loaders. Some have been with us for years. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the diesel receipts and trip sheets are all in order before the day ends. Just a regular bunch of people working hard on Mysore Road. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just good old-fashioned tracking and a lot of patience.
