Associated Consultants

Associated Consultants is located on Palace Road at The Palace 4. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been here for quite some time. The office is pretty straightforward. We don’t have any fancy decor or expensive furniture. It’s mostly just shelves full of files and some sturdy desks. We do a lot of consulting work which involves a lot of reading through regulations and checking technical drawings. Being on Palace Road is convenient because it’s easy for people to find us. We spend a lot of our day in meetings or on the phone. Sometimes we have to go out to look at a property or a project site to see what’s going on in person. It’s not always exciting work but it’s necessary. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the complicated jargon. If someone has a question we just give them a direct answer. The team here is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how we like to get things done. The Palace 4 building has its own rhythm and we’ve become part of it over the years. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work on our reports. It’s a steady pace and we don't feel the need to rush things. We just make sure everything is accurate and that we’re providing the right information. It’s a practical approach that has worked for us so far. We usually finish up and head home.
