Assetz Properties Services Pvt Ltd is situated on Infantry Road. The office is on the ground floor of the Embassy Icon Annexe at No.2/1. We are right next to the Bangalore Police Commissioner Office, which makes the location very easy for people to find. Since we are on the ground floor, it is easy for people to just walk in when they have business with us. The office is quite professional but lacks any unnecessary fancy stuff. We have several rows of desks where the staff handles property-related matters. There is always a lot of talk about plots, buildings, and legal documents. Being in the heart of the city, it is very convenient, but the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The office stays pretty cool because of the way the building is constructed. We have a small area where we keep all the property files and maps. It can get a bit hectic during the middle of the month with people coming and going. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the company name on the door. Most of our work is done on computers, but there is still plenty of paper moving around. We take our breaks when we can, usually grabbing a quick bite from the nearby stalls. It is a solid, everyday workspace for all of us here.
