We’ve been over here at Bellandur for a while now, specifically in the Sunrise Vilas building. If you know the area, you probably know the Smart Retails shop nearby. We are just on the second floor of that building. It’s a busy spot, but it works for us. Ashwatha Contracts is just a group of people trying to get work done every day. Sometimes the traffic around here gets a bit much, especially near the retail stores, but we manage to stay on track with what we need to do. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle our contracts and keep things moving. We deal with the usual day-to-day stuff that comes with running a business in this part of town. People often ask where we are, and we just tell them to look for the Sunrise Vilas near the shops. It’s pretty easy to find once you are in the neighborhood. We don’t spend much time on fancy websites or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most days it’s just the sound of phones and people talking about schedules and materials. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this building. It’s home for the business. There’s always something happening downstairs, but up on the second floor, we just stick to our work. That’s how we like it.
