Ashok Screens

Ashok Screens is tucked away in Gala No 2 on Bhandup Village Road. We are at 23/20 in the Rajajinagar area. The easiest way to find us is to go right behind the Madhuramma Temple. You can usually hear the bells from the temple while we are working. We do all our screen work right here in this small unit. It is not a very big space, but we have managed to fit all our equipment in. Things can get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of orders going on at once. We’ve been here for a long time and everyone in the immediate neighborhood knows the shop. The temple is a good landmark for people who are coming to visit us for the first time. We spend most of our hours checking the frames and making sure the ink is just right. It is a bit of a messy job sometimes, but we enjoy the process. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the temple or kids playing around. We keep our doors open most of the day for the breeze. It is just a local business run by people who live nearby. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people walking in or hearing about us from their friends. It is a honest way to earn a living and we like being part of this community. We just keep our heads down and finish the screens.
