Our office is tucked away in Mahalakshmipuram Layout, specifically in Flat 402 at No. 149-C. It’s on the 1st Main in the 2nd Stage area. If you find the police station near WOC Road, you’re pretty much there. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done. We handle both the designing part and the actual building part of projects. Usually, people come to us when they have a plot and want to see something happen on it. We spend a lot of time on the computer doing layouts and then even more time out at the actual construction sites. It is a lot of coordination between different people like masons and electricians. It gets pretty hectic sometimes. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a private limited company with a few of us trying to make things work. The office is where we keep all the files and samples. We have been in Bangalore for quite some time now and we know how things work in this neighborhood. It’s not always easy with the rules and the weather, but we manage. We just focus on the practical side of building. No big speeches or anything, just drawings and bricks. Sometimes the site visits are long and tiring, but seeing a house actually stand up is why we do it. We are just a local team doing our daily jobs in our corner of Mahalakshmipuram.
