Ashley Care Homes

We are way up on the 22nd floor of the World Trade Center in Malleshwaram. The view is nice, but most of the time we are too busy to look out the window. Ashley Care Homes is about looking after people, which is a lot of responsibility. Even though we are in a big, modern building like the WTC, we try to keep things feeling personal. It is easy to feel like just a number in a place this large, but our office is different. We have photos on the walls and we know each other's families. People come to see us at 2201/A when they need help with care arrangements. It is not always easy work. There are a lot of tough conversations and long hours. We do not use scripts when we talk to folks. We just listen and see what we can do. Malleshwaram is a great area, very traditional in some ways, but being in the World Trade Center gives us the space we need to stay organized. We have got a small team, and we all pitch in with everything. Sometimes the elevators take forever, which is a bit annoying when you are in a hurry. But once you get up here, it is quiet and we can focus on the people who rely on us. We are not here to be flashy; we are just here to provide the support that’s needed every day.
