Our office is at 17th KM on Magadi Main Road, specifically at No.132/1 near Machohalli Gate. It is quite easy to spot if you know where Pooja Hospital is, as we are right in that vicinity. Being out here in Karnataka, the traffic can get a bit much during the morning hours, but the air feels a little different than the city center. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized in the shop. It is a simple place with old furniture and stacks of papers that seem to grow every week. The building has been here for a long time, and you can tell by the way the walls look. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make things look perfect. It is just us here, answering phones and taking care of the local orders that come through. Sometimes the rain hits the tin roof nearby and it makes so much noise we can't hear each other speak. We have a small kettle for tea and usually share some biscuits in the afternoon. People stop by because they are passing through Machohalli Gate and need something quickly. It is a very hands-on kind of environment where everyone does a bit of everything. We don't really use big words or have meetings about missions. We just open up in the morning and see what the day brings. It is a basic way of working that has suited us for years now.
