Arvind’s place is at 360, Bannerghatta Road, right in Wilson Garden. It’s a very central location, which is great for business but tough on the ears because of all the honking. We’ve been at this address for a good while. The office is basically just one big room where we all sit together. It makes it easier to talk to each other and figure things out. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the day. It’s never really the same two days in a row. Sometimes we are swamped with work and other times it’s a bit slow, so we just sit and talk about cricket or the weather. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or polished. We just speak plain English and do our best to be helpful. The building is a bit gray and boring, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We know the local tea shop owner really well and we probably spend too much money there. Wilson Garden is a busy spot, but we’ve found our little rhythm here at number 360. We don’t make any big promises, we just try to be reliable and show up every day to do the work that needs doing.
