Our office is located at Number 491 in Hobli, right across from the CLT and pretty close to the Shobha Apartment on Jakkur Main Road. We deal with buildings and housing projects. It is a bit of a trek for some people to get out here to Basavanagar, but we like the area. We have maps and site plans spread out over the desks most of the time. Construction is a messy business, and there is always something going on with a plot of land or a new floor being added. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and guys at the sites. Sometimes people just walk in to ask about prices or when a building will be finished. It is a lot of coordination. The office itself is pretty simple, nothing too crazy. We have a few chairs for visitors and a big table where we look at the blueprints. Jakkur Main Road has changed a lot lately with all the new apartments coming up. We have seen the whole neighborhood grow since we started. We just try to keep track of all the paperwork and make sure the projects stay on some kind of schedule, even when the rain slows everything down. It is honest work, just helping people find a place to live or invest their money. Most of us have been here for years now and know the local roads well.
