Artha Property

So, we are over at the Solitaire building on the first floor. It is right there on the Outer Ring Road near Basavanagar. Most days, we just deal with whatever property stuff comes through the door. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside on Race Course Road, but we are used to it by now. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and chairs where we sit and look through listings or talk to people who drop by. We’ve been at 110/37 for a while now. Some mornings the tea guy comes late and that’s usually the biggest drama we have. We handle local real estate things, mostly helping folks figure out where they want to live or what they want to buy. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the construction nearby, and we just have to wait it out. People know us as Artha Property around here. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy ads. It’s just us working. The building itself is easy to find if you know where the turn is. We spend a lot of time just checking on sites or making sure the keys are where they should be. It is just a regular job for us, keeping things moving in the property world around this part of town. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few files piled up. That's just how it is.
