Arogya Physiotherapy

Our clinic is over in Jayanagar, specifically in the 4th T Block. We are at number 677 on 11th Main. If you know where the Head Post Office is, we are quite close to that. Jayanagar is a nice area with lots of trees, though it’s getting more crowded these days. We’ve been here for a while, providing physiotherapy to whoever walks in. The space is simple. We have the treatment tables, some exercise balls, and the usual gear for helping people move. It’s not a fancy medical center with glass walls and uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of fans and the occasional groan from someone stretching. We see all sorts of people, from older folks with back pain to younger kids who hurt themselves playing sports. It’s a hands-on job, literally. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just rely on being in a good spot and doing the work right. The waiting area is small, so we try not to let it get too full. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We like the pace here. When the day is done, we just tidy up and lock the door. We have been part of this block for years and know most of the people nearby.
