We are Arjun Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd, and we operate out of the first floor of the Karnataka Tourism House. That’s at number 8 on Pappanna Lane, which is right off St Marks Road. Being in the 560001 zip code means we are right in the middle of everything in Bangalore. The office is tucked away a bit on the lane, so it’s a little quieter than being right on the main road, but not by much. We spend our days here at the desks, looking at itineraries and making sure tours are organized. It's a lot of checking schedules and talking to drivers or hotels. We've been in this building for some time now. It feels like a proper old-school travel office, nothing too modern, just a place to sit down and figure out travel routes. St Marks Road is always busy, so we get a lot of people passing by. We basically just handle the logistics of getting people from one place to another. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, honestly. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice. We just try to keep things organized so that when someone books a tour, everything actually happens the way it's supposed to. It’s practical work and we’ve gotten used to the pace of this neighborhood. We see plenty of travelers every single day.
