Our workshop at Aristos Electronics Manufacturing Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No.18, Sy. No.43 in Electronic City, Phase-II. Being in this part of town means we are surrounded by a lot of tech companies, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. We deal with a lot of small parts and circuit boards, which means there’s a lot of squinting and steady hands involved in our daily routine. It’s not like those movies where everything is gleaming and silent. It’s actually quite noisy with the sound of soldering stations and people calling out to each other across the room. We have benches lined up with tools and rolls of wire. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance, and we have to go out and help them move things along so we can get our own stuff out. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We’ve had some long nights here when a big order needs to be finished, fueled by coffee and snacks from the shop around the corner. It’s hard work, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a pile of components turn into something that actually works. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure these electronics are put together the way they should be without any errors or delays.
