About Architectural Draughtsman – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Bengaluru
Living and working here in Koramangala on Rhenious Street is always interesting. My place is at 436, and it’s usually stacked high with tracing paper and computer monitors. I’ve spent most of my life looking at lines and scales. It’s a bit of a quiet street compared to the main roads, which helps when you need to concentrate on a tricky floor plan. I don’t have a big reception desk or anyone to answer the phones for me. If someone calls, I just pick it up myself. Most of the time, I'm trying to figure out how to make a stairwell fit into a space that’s too small. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients who have different ideas. I try to be honest about what will work. People around here know me as the guy who’s always at his desk late at night. The lighting in my office isn't great, but I know where everything is. Sometimes the coffee gets cold before I remember to drink it. It’s just me doing the draughting work, one project at a time. I don't use big fancy words to describe what I do. I just make sure the drawings are clear so the builders don't get confused on the site. Rhenious Street has changed a lot over the years, but I’m still here at 436. It’s a simple setup for simple work. No frills at all.
