Our office is situated over on Jummamasjid Road in Indira Nagar, at number 187. Being in Indira Nagar means there is always something going on outside, especially with the mosque nearby and all the shops around. The road can get quite crowded, especially during prayer times or on the weekends. We have a fairly simple setup inside with some long desks and a bunch of computers. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the rolled-up blueprints and sketches lying around, but we know where everything is. We’ve been working out of this building for a bit now. The light comes in nicely through the front windows in the morning, which is good for when we are drawing. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old project photos and a map of the area. Most days are spent talking to contractors or trying to get a design to look right on the screen. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes it gets a bit stressful, but we just keep at it. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of people in a busy part of town. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab something from one of the many eateries nearby. It’s a practical place to work, and it suits us just fine. We just handle the projects that come our way with a bit of focus.
