Arch Venture

We are based in Sanjay Nagar, specifically within the Krishnappa Layout area at number 3. It is a pretty residential part of the city, which makes for a quieter workday compared to being right in the middle of a commercial hub. We have a small sign outside so people don't get lost looking for us among the houses. The office itself is quite modest. We have a few rooms that we use for different things, though most of the time we end up congregating in the main area to talk things through. The lighting isn't the best, but we have some lamps that help when it gets dark early. We usually start our day around nine and stay until the work is finished. There is a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk when we need to clear our heads. It is a nice way to break up the day. We don't have any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas with bean bags. We just have our desks, our chairs, and the tools we need to do our jobs. It is a straightforward way of working that suits our personalities. We know most of the people on the street by now, and it feels like being part of a real neighborhood rather than just an office block. We stay busy with the projects that come our way and try not to overcomplicate things with unnecessary procedures or rules.
