Our office, Srinilaya, is located at 27 Malleshwaram, right on the 10th Cross of Margosa Road. Malleshwaram is one of those older, nice parts of town with a lot of character. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. We work in things like oils and conductors, though you wouldn't know it just by looking at the building. It feels more like a house that was turned into an office, which gives it a comfortable vibe. The trees on Margosa Road provide some nice shade, which we appreciate during the hotter months. We aren't trying to be some high-tech startup; we just handle the business side of things for the company. The staff is mostly local, and we often talk about the nearby shops and temples. It’s a quiet enough street, though the 10th Cross can get busy with pedestrians. We focus on our daily tasks, managing accounts and keeping track of the supplies. There’s no big corporate culture here, just a group of people trying to do their jobs well. We keep things simple and don't feel the need to use big words to describe what we do. It’s a steady place to work, and we like the neighborhood a lot. Sometimes we go out for coffee at the corner shop when things get a bit slow. It’s a nice way to spend the workday, all things considered, and we plan to stay here for a while. We just do our best to keep things organized and efficient.
