Anza Design Studio

Anza Design Studio is located at No. 46 on Church Road in Marappa Garden, which is part of Benson Town. We are right near the Nissan Service Centre, so that’s a good reference point if you are coming to visit us. Benson Town has a lot of character and some old houses still left, and our office fits right into that vibe. It is a straightforward design space. We don’t have anything fancy or high-tech looking in the front office. It is mostly just our workstations and a bunch of samples scattered around. We spend our time here working on different design ideas and talking through the logistics of how to get things built. The area is usually busy with people going to work or the service center next door. We’ve gotten used to the sounds of the neighborhood over the years. Some days are more hectic than others, but we generally just keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to cleaning up the desks at the end of the week. We aren't really interested in the corporate side of the industry. We just like being in our studio and getting the work done. The office feels comfortable and lived-in, which is exactly how we like it to be. It works for our needs.
