We’ve got our small office set up here, and it’s usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and dusty site boots by the door. We spend a lot of time dealing with land and making sure everything is square before the digging starts. K.R. Puram is growing fast, and we’re just a small part of that growth. We aren't big-time developers with fancy suits or expensive cars. We’re usually wearing dusty jeans and talking to contractors on the phone all morning. Sometimes we get stuck waiting for permits or dealing with rain that ruins the day’s work, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We know the local soil and the local people pretty well by now. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the complicated talk that some companies use. If someone needs a house built or a bit of land developed, we tell them how it is, how long it’ll take, and what it’ll cost. No hidden stuff. It’s just us trying to make a living and building some decent places for people to stay in this part of town.
