Ankit Fasteners is located at 297 Jigani Niyojan Nagar. We are pretty close to the Icol company, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. This part of Jigani is always humming with the sound of machinery. In our shop, we make fasteners, so there is a lot of metalwork going on. You’ll hear the sound of cold heading machines and threads being cut all day long. It’s a noisy place, and the floor is usually a bit oily. We have bins full of bolts and screws in different stages of being finished. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t sit behind desks much. Most of the time, we are on the floor checking the machines or moving crates of finished parts. It’s a small operation, and we all know how to run the different equipment. The neighborhood is full of other small workshops, so there’s always someone hauling metal or loading a truck nearby. We don't have a formal office with a secretary. Usually, if the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up. It’s a basic setup that works for what we do. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure the dimensions are correct. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. We’ve been here for years and know most of the other shop owners.
