Our office is located at No.4/19 on 30th Main Road in Banashankari 3rd Stage. It’s a nice neighborhood, and being in the 3rd Stage gives us a bit of a local feel. We aren’t some huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a small team of us working here. Most of our time is spent looking at maps or staring at our monitors. We work on residential projects mostly, helping people in the area figure out how to get the most out of their plots. The 30th Main Road is usually pretty busy, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We have a lot of samples of granite and paint colors scattered around the back room. Sometimes it’s hard to find a clear spot to eat lunch because there are so many blueprints spread out everywhere. We don't do much in the way of fancy presentations. We just show you the drawings and explain why things are where they are. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients until we get it just right. We’ve been in Banashankari for a good stretch of time and we know how the local building rules work. It saves a lot of headache for the people we work for. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical stuff that makes a building stay up and look decent enough for the folks around here.
