If you go down Sardar Patrappa Road, you will find us at the K K Building. We are at 134/138. It is a busy spot in the Akurdi area. The building has been there for years and so have we. Inside, it is mostly just rows of electronics and radio parts. It smells a bit like old paper and metal, which I guess is normal for a place like this. We spend most of our hours looking at small components and talking to people who are trying to fix their own gadgets at home. It is not the kind of place where everything is shiny and new. We have boxes stacked up and sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact piece someone is looking for. Sardar Patrappa Road is always crowded with people moving stuff back and forth. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs a part. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a small fan going behind the counter. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot, but the work we do stays the same. Just sorting through items, writing down what we sold, and making sure the shelves are full. It is a simple life working with radios and electronics. We do not do much else besides that, and it keeps us busy enough from morning until we close up for the night.
