Aluk Building Systems Private Limited

We are based in the Bagmane Tech Park, specifically in the Laurel B Block. Our office is on the 2nd floor, but the way they count levels here, it’s actually the 3rd level. It’s a very different environment from a standalone shop or a small street office. There are security gates, glass doors everywhere, and everyone has to wear those plastic ID badges around their necks. At Aluk Building Systems Private Limited, we work on things like windows and doors for big commercial projects. Even though we are in a fancy tech park, our actual office space is pretty grounded. We have samples of aluminum profiles leaning against the walls and technical drawings spread out on the big tables. It’s a lot of coordination between our engineers and the construction sites where the stuff is actually being installed. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on video calls because the tech park is home to so many different companies and clients. The air conditioning is always set a bit too cold, and the coffee from the vending machine in the break room is just okay. We usually go down to the food court for lunch, which is always packed and noisy. It’s a fast-paced place to be, and there’s always a bit of pressure to meet project deadlines. We don't really go for big speeches or anything; we just focus on the specs and making sure the systems we provide actually work when they get put into a building.
