Alpine Housing Development Corporation Ltd

We operate out of Alpine Arch, which is located at 2 Langford Street. It is a building that we know quite well since we have been here for years. Alpine Housing Development Corporation Ltd is basically a group of people who spend their time thinking about buildings and homes. Our office has a lot of natural light, which is nice during the winter months. We have maps and blueprints pinned to almost every available wall space. It’s not a very formal environment. People often walk in with mud on their boots from visiting sites. We have a few rooms for meetings, but most of the work happens at the big communal desks. The street outside is usually quiet compared to the main roads. We have a small garden area near the entrance that we try to keep tidy. It doesn't always work out because we get busy. We handle the paperwork for housing projects and talk to a lot of different contractors. There is always a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want a place where we can sit down and get the planning done correctly. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation in a building that feels like home to us.
