Our place is located at Plot No. 14 in Maria Nivas, which is right there on Chikkadugodi 2nd Cross. Being near Dharmaram College Post means there are always students and people walking around, so the street stays pretty lively throughout the week. We’ve been in this building for a while, and it has a bit of an old-school feel to it. The stairs are a little narrow, and we have to be careful when we’re moving boxes in and out so we don't bump into the walls. It’s a simple setup inside with a couple of workstations and some storage space in the back where we keep everything sorted. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. Usually, the mornings are spent checking what came in the day before and figuring out what needs to be sent out by lunch. It can get a bit hectic when it rains because the road outside gets muddy, but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be some giant company; we just like running our business from this neighborhood. It’s comfortable for us, and the commute isn't too bad for most of the staff. We spend most of our time just handling the paperwork and making sure the inventory counts are right. It's just a regular office doing regular things every day without any fancy speeches or complicated systems.
