Alpha Design Technology is located at 24 HAL 2nd Stage in the Radhakrishna Nagar area. Our office is on Chakrapni Road, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to the main highways. Since we do design and technology work, most of us are glued to our screens for the better part of the day. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much from the other houses and small offices on the street. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. Inside, it is just rows of computers and a lot of cables. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark during our meetings, but that is just part of being in Radhakrishna Nagar. We’ve been here long enough that we know the best times to avoid the traffic on Chakrapni Road. The air inside is usually cool because of the ACs, which we need for the machines. We aren't the type of company that has a ping-pong table or a cafeteria. We usually just eat at our desks or go for a walk to find some tea. It is a practical setup for the kind of technical work we do. People who visit us usually comment on how calm the street feels. We just focus on our projects and try to stay on top of the technical stuff without making a big fuss about it. It is just a normal day-to-day operation for us, working through designs until the sun goes down.
