You’ll find us at number 835 on Suhasini Pavaskar Road in Peenya. Peenya is a huge industrial hub, so we are surrounded by all kinds of manufacturing units. We deal in abrasives, which is pretty standard for this area. Our building is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it does the job. Inside, it’s mostly shelves stacked high with boxes. It’s often quite dark inside because we don't have many windows, so we rely on some old tube lights. I’ve been working here for years, and I know where every single item is kept, even if it looks like a mess to someone else. We have a small desk near the entrance where we take orders and handle the cash. We don't really do credit much because it’s a hassle to chase people for money. Most of our customers are local workers who need something replaced quickly so they can get back to their machines. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day and watch the trucks go by on Suhasini Pavaskar Road. It’s a loud place because of all the nearby factories, but you get used to it. We aren't looking to expand or become a big name. We just want to provide what the local industry needs. It’s a steady way to spend the day and we’ve made some good friends in the neighborhood over the years. That is mostly it.
