Allied Fire & Safety

Allied Fire & Safety is situated at No-2140, on the 16th 'B' Main in HAL 2nd Stage, Indira Nagar. It can be a bit of a maze finding the 1st 'B' Cross, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the spot. Our office is basically a hub for fire safety equipment. You’ll see rows of red fire extinguishers and boxes of smoke detectors stacked up against the walls. We spend a lot of our time out in the field. We go from one building to another, checking that the extinguishers are full and the alarms are actually going to beep if they need to. It’s repetitive work, but it’s what we do. Indira Nagar has changed a lot, with more shops and flats popping up, which keeps us moving. We don't have a big corporate feel. It’s more like a family-run place where we keep track of everything in old-fashioned ledgers and some basic computer files. Sometimes we have to climb up to dusty ceilings to check a sensor or crawl into a basement to look at a pump. It’s just part of the routine. We don’t do fancy pitches or try to scare people. We just tell them when their stuff is expired and needs a refill. It’s a simple business, keeping things safe and making sure the gear works when it’s supposed to.
