Aldec Casting is down on B/116 Madivala Nagar Road. It’s an industrial sort of area, so it’s never really quiet around here. We deal with castings, which means there is a lot of heavy equipment and it can get quite hot inside the facility, especially in the afternoons. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time, and the neighbors know us as the place that’s always got something humming or clanging. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, you tend to get some dust on your clothes by the end of the shift, but that is just how it goes with this kind of work. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for years. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles; we just know who is good at what and we get on with it. The office part is just a small corner where we keep the ledgers and the phone. Most of the real action happens out on the floor. Madivala Nagar is a busy place, and we are just one of the many shops trying to keep things moving. We don't do much advertising because we mostly deal with people who already know where we are. It’s a basic setup. We show up, we do the casting work, we check the pieces, and we send them out. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best.
