You can find Al Inaam Construction & Engineering up on the second floor of the Management Enclave in J C Nagar. We are at number 78 in the Rajappa Block. It is a bit of a climb if you are not used to the stairs, but it is a decent spot once you get up here. We deal with the engineering side of things, so there are always blueprints and technical manuals lying around. It is a small office, mostly filled with the sound of fans and people talking over drawings. We are not a massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. We spend a lot of time calculating stuff and making sure the engineering part of a build is solid. Construction is messy, so having this office in Rajappa Block gives us a place to retreat and actually think. We have been around J C Nagar for a bit now, and we have seen how the neighborhood keeps growing. It is not a glamorous job. Most days involve arguing over measurements or waiting for site reports to come in. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving. We are not trying to impress anyone with a shiny office; we just want the structures we work on to stand up straight. That is really all there is to it. It is just hard work and math.
