Akzo Nobel India Ltd

Down here at Plot No. 62P, 62A, 62B, and 43E, things stay moving pretty much all the time. Being in the Hoskote Industrial Area means there is always a truck backing up or someone moving pallets around. Akzo Nobel India Ltd has a lot of space across these different plots, and it can be a bit of a walk to get from one end to the other. The dust from the road usually finds its way inside, so we are always cleaning something off. It isn't a quiet place, that's for sure. You hear the machinery and the shouting of the loaders throughout the day. We have been at this location for a good stretch, and you get used to the rhythm of the industrial zone. It’s not like a shiny office in the city center. It’s grit and work. People wear boots and high-vis gear, and we just focus on the output. Sometimes the power flickers when the weather gets bad, but we just wait it out and get back to it. Akzo Nobel India Ltd is basically a collection of these buildings where the real work happens. It’s honest, loud, and sometimes a bit messy, but that is just how an industrial area functions. We don’t have fancy lounges, just a small break area where we drink tea and talk about the weekend before getting back to the plots and the production schedules.
