Akshaya Construction

Akshaya Construction has its office on DVG Road within the BTS Layout. We are situated right near the Apollo Pharmacy building in Arekere, which is just off Bannerghatta Road. We’ve been doing construction work in this part of Bangalore for quite a long time now. It’s a very busy area with new things popping up all the time. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It is just our small core team and a few reliable workers we hire when a new job starts up. Construction is mostly about making sure the foundation is solid and then building up from there. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking the progress at our different sites. It is definitely not a glamorous job. There is always a lot of dust, noise, and sweat involved. The office is just a home base where we keep our files and meet with people who want to talk about a new project. We don't do big, polished presentations. We just show what we have built before and talk about how we can get the job done. Sometimes the traffic on Bannerghatta Road makes it a nightmare to get around, but we manage to make it work. We have built several houses around here, but we don't feel the need to brag about it. It is just our daily work. We take on small to medium projects, mostly residential stuff, because we know the suppliers and how things work in this part of town.
