Akshara Motors Pvt Ltd is located right on Tank Road in the Devasandra area of K R Puram. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can be around here. Our shop is usually full of cars and the smell of oil and petrol. It’s a busy place with a lot of clanging sounds from wrenches hitting metal. We have been working on vehicles at this spot for quite some time now. The floor is almost always a bit greasy, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. We have a small area where people can sit while they wait, but most folks just stand around and watch us work. It’s a noisy environment, but we don't mind it. The staff is mostly local guys who know their way around an engine. We don’t use big words to explain what’s wrong with a car; we just show the part that needs fixing. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job if a customer really needs their car back for work the next day. We don’t have a fancy showroom or shiny glass windows. It’s just a garage where things get fixed. It’s a hard job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our tools ready and wait for the next car to pull in.
