Akarsh Designs

Akarsh Designs is situated in the Purva Rivier Apts, which is very close to the railway bridge in Marathahalli. Being located near the bridge means we have to deal with a lot of traffic and noise throughout the day, but it’s a spot that everyone knows. We work out of one of the units in the apartments, and it’s a fairly basic setup with a few computers and a lot of design sketches pinned to the walls. It isn't a large corporate office, but it works well for the kind of design projects we handle here. Most of our time is spent looking at floor plans or talking to vendors over the phone about materials. We often walk down the street to grab a coffee or some food, and the area is always packed with people and cars. Finding Purva Rivier Apts is usually pretty easy for our visitors since the railway bridge is such a big landmark in Marathahalli. We have been at this location for a good while and have gotten used to the fast pace of the neighborhood. There is no receptionist or fancy waiting area, just a place where we sit down and get the work done. The desks are often covered in drawings and notes, and we just keep things moving along at our own pace. It is a very standard, local design office without any of the extra bells and whistles you might find in a bigger city firm.
