Ajmera Housing Corporation

Being located right on the Koramangala Kaddbisanahalli Ring Road at 37/38 means we deal with a lot of noise and traffic every single day. Ajmera Housing Corporation is really just a group of us trying to keep track of different housing projects. It gets pretty hectic in here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site maps that never seem to stay folded right. People come in asking about apartments or wanting to see where a certain pipe is supposed to go. We aren’t some huge polished firm; we’re just the folks handling the paperwork and the site visits. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need a contract, and that’s just part of the day. The tea guy comes by around four and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. We have stacks of files from years ago that we probably should organize better, but work keeps piling up. It’s a lot of coordination between the guys on the ground and the people looking for a place to live. The Ring Road is always jammed, so getting anywhere takes forever, which usually slows things down. We just do the work as it comes. It's not glamorous, mostly just checking off lists and making sure the sites are moving along. We like being in this part of town despite the dust. It's a busy life but we are used to the pace by now.
