If you head down to Peenya Industrial Area, Phase III, you’ll find us at 253/1 on 11 Main. Ajax Engineering Pvt.Ltd. has been operating from this corner for a good bit now. Peenya is a huge place, and it’s always dusty and loud with all the factories around. Our shed is no different. We have the heavy machinery set up and the floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil. It’s an engineering shop, after all. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just the address and the name. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know the machines and we know the 11 Main road like the back of our hands. Lunchtime is usually spent sitting near the entrance where there is a bit of a breeze. It’s a tough environment, but we are used to it. The power goes out sometimes, and we just wait it out or use the generator. We don’t really spend time on making the office look pretty. We’d rather have the tools in good shape. There’s a lot of coming and going with trucks and deliveries. It gets hectic on Mondays especially. We just keep our heads down and do the engineering work that needs doing. That is the daily life for us at Ajax Engineering in Peenya. We are just a regular part of the industrial landscape here.
