Aishwarya Beauty Care Training Institute is over in Rajaji Nagar. We are at No. 41/75 in the 2nd Block on 20th Main, right by 20th Cross. This is not just a regular salon; it is where we teach others how to do beauty work. We have several stations set up with mirrors and chairs for the students to practice. It gets pretty loud in here with everyone talking and practicing with hair dryers. We have practice dolls and all sorts of makeup kits spread out on the tables. It can look a little chaotic during the middle of a lesson, but that is how learning goes. We spend hours showing how to hold scissors correctly or how to apply makeup without it looking cakey. The students come from all over the area, hoping to start their own small shops one day. Rajaji Nagar is a nice place to be, and the 20th Cross is usually full of people. We have been teaching here for quite some time. The walls are covered with some old charts about skin and hair. It is a lot of hard work for the students and for us too. We stay until the last person finishes their practice. It is a practical environment where we focus on getting the skills right. We do not have fancy brochures, just people learning by doing. It is a busy, tiring, but good way to spend the day.
