Ahmed Stone Exports

Our office is up on the first floor at 18 A in CIL Colony. It’s right on the 2nd Main in Sanjaynagar. If you know the area, it’s easy to find. Ahmed Stone Exports is a small operation. We focus on sending stone out to different places. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and we’ve been meaning to fix the light in the hallway for months. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and maps. We spend a lot of time on the phone with quarries and shipping agents. It is a lot of logistics. Sometimes the paperwork gets piled up high, but we eventually get through it. We aren't a corporate giant. It’s just a few of us who know the stone business well. We like being in Sanjaynagar because it’s a nice neighborhood with good trees and some decent lunch spots nearby. We don't put out ads or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth. We just try to get the stone from point A to point B without too many problems. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy it. We close up around six or seven, depending on how much is left to do. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and keep things moving.
