Janavika Precast

We are located out in Agrahara Village, which is part of the Yelahanka Hobli area. Our spot is at No. 51/1, right by the Radiant Jasmine Terrace. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which is actually good for us because precast work takes up a massive amount of space. We have lots of heavy concrete moving around all day. It’s a lot of dust, cement, and mold work. The yard can get a bit cluttered with all the blocks and slabs we have sitting out to dry under the sun. We aren't really the type to sit behind desks all day long. Most of the time, we are out in the yard checking on the pours or moving things with the crane. The weather makes a big difference in how fast we can get things finished and ready to go. It’s a very practical setup we have here. We moved to this part of Yelahanka because there was enough room to actually work without bumping into neighbors. It’s not a fancy showroom with lights and carpets. Just a place where we make things out of cement and steel. People come by when they are building a house or a wall and need specific parts. We talk to them, figure out what they need, and then we just get to it. The team is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We just keep at it every single day.
