Aero Fitness Center

Aero Fitness Center is tucked away in Koramangala 5th Block. Specifically, we are at No. 310/8 on 17th C Main. It is a bit of a busy area, but once you find the Indian Overseas Bank, we are right behind it. There is also a Coffee Day nearby which helps people locate us if they are new to the 560095 zip code. We have been around this part of Bangalore for a good while now. The gym is a straightforward place for people to come and do their daily workouts. We have the usual weights and some benches. It is not a place with fancy lights or expensive juice bars. We just provide the space and the gear for the locals. The staff here are just regular people who like staying fit. We see a lot of students and office workers because Koramangala is always moving and shaking. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone shows up at 6 PM, but people are generally patient with each other. We try to keep the windows open for some air when the weather is nice outside. It is a local spot where the focus is just on the exercise itself. No one is here to show off. We just keep the doors open and let people do their thing. It is practical and right in the middle of everything. Just head towards the bank and you will see us.
