We are located on the first floor of K Complex, specifically at No.232/1 on Horamavu Main Road. If you are looking for us in Banaswadi, we are right opposite the NMPC Hospital. Aegiis Properties is our small company. We handle property matters around this side of Bangalore. It’s a busy road outside, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic, but inside the office, we try to keep things a bit more focused. We aren't some huge real estate agency with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us here. We spend a lot of time looking at property listings, talking to owners, and helping people figure out where they want to live or invest. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy decor because we’d rather be out there doing our jobs. Being across from the hospital makes us very easy to find, which is helpful. We’ve been in the 560043 area for a while now and we know the local property market quite well. We don't use any slick sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what the situation is and try to help them out as best as we can. It’s a practical way to run a business. We show up every morning, drink our coffee, and see what the day brings in terms of property deals and meetings.
