We are located at 143, 9th Main Road, in the 3rd Phase of the Peenya Industrial Area. If you know Peenya, you know it’s all about factories and workshops. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready part of town, with a lot of dust and the constant sound of machinery in the background. Our place, Advanced Electronic Systems, fits right in. It’s a basic workshop-style setup. We have long workbenches with soldering irons and testing equipment spread out. The floor is concrete and has a few stains from years of work. We don’t really have a front office—you just walk through the main door and you’re in the middle of where the work happens. It’s a bit cluttered with boxes and spare parts, but we know where everything is. The tea seller comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break. The 9th Main Road is usually full of trucks loading and unloading, so getting in and out can be a bit of a challenge. We’ve been here a long time, and we’ve seen the 3rd Phase grow and change. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We don’t spend much on marketing or fancy signs. The sign we have over the door is a bit faded from the sun, but it’s still readable. We just focus on the electronics and try to keep things moving along without any fuss. It’s a busy, hardworking place.
