Advance Group

Advance Group is based in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. If you know Bengaluru, you know Jayanagar has a lot of trees and a bit of an older feel compared to the newer IT hubs. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood. We are just a group of people working together on various projects. Our office isn't one of those massive glass buildings in a tech park. It’s a more traditional space where we can actually open the windows sometimes. We spend our days handling different tasks, some of it is paperwork and some of it is meeting with folks who come by the office. Bengaluru can be a bit crazy with the traffic, so we are glad to be in a spot that’s a bit more established. We don't have a corporate handbook full of buzzwords. We just try to be decent people and do our work well. Some of us have been here since the start, and others are newer, but we all get along okay. We drink a lot of local coffee and try to stay on top of our deadlines. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t really go in for big advertisements or trying to look more important than we are. We are just a local business in Karnataka, doing what we do every day. Jayanagar is a great place to be, and we feel lucky to have our office here. It’s a good community and we’re happy to be part of it.
