This center is specifically for women and we are tucked away in Vijayanagar at building number 1 on the first floor. The full address is 13th Main, 4th Cross in the Central Excise Layout on Marenahalli Road. We are quite close to the post office and the Allahabad Bank branch there. It is a bit of a quieter pocket compared to the main junction. Since it is just for women, the vibe is a bit different than the mixed gyms you see everywhere else. We have a lot of local ladies who come in after dropping their kids at school or before heading to their offices. The space is bright and we try to keep it very tidy. We have got some basic cardio stuff and weights that are not too intimidating. It is a good place to talk and exercise without feeling like people are watching you. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign near the bank. It is a practical space for staying active. We have a few staff members who help out with the routine.
