Down on 9th Main Road in the Peenya Industrial Area, you’ll find our place at C 329 A. This is Aditi C N C Pvt Ltd. It’s a busy corner of the world. The CNC machines run almost all the time, making that constant humming sound that stays in your ears long after you go home. We do a lot of precision work here, mostly because that’s what these machines are built for. It’s definitely not a quiet office job; it’s more about checking measurements and making sure the metal chips are cleared out of the way. The air smells like coolant and iron most mornings when we open up. We started small and just kept adding a bit more equipment as the years went by. Our spot isn't hard to find once you get onto the main road, but the traffic around here can be a real headache during the afternoon shift change. We have a few guys who handle the programming and others who just make sure the raw materials are loaded into the holders correctly. It’s a repetitive kind of work, but it’s honest and it pays the bills. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist greeting people. Usually, you just walk in through the side door and find someone in a grease-stained shirt to talk to. We handle whatever jobs come through the door, as long as the specs fit on the bed of the machines.
