Being on Vittal Mallya Road 10 puts us right in the middle of everything. Adarsh Developer has been operating out of this office for quite some time now. It’s a busy street, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We spend our mornings talking to contractors and checking on various sites across the city. Development sounds like a big word, but mostly it’s just making sure the cement is mixed right and the permits are signed. We have a small team. Some of us focus on the numbers, and others are out in the sun making sure the walls go up. We don't really do the flashy sales pitch. People come to us because they saw something we built nearby. We use regular materials and try to keep things organized, though building sites are naturally messy. The traffic on Vittal Mallya Road can be a headache when we’re trying to move equipment. We’ve learned to work around it. Our office at number 10 is where we keep all the blue prints and old files. It’s a bit cramped with all the paper, but we know where everything is. We just keep working through the list of tasks every day. It’s steady work and it keeps the lights on. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some mugs in the back.
