Ace Computer Education And Training Centre is situated on the 3rd Floor of Sri Ram Arcade. You have to walk past the SBI and Axis Bank branches on the lower floors to get up to us. We are right in the Seegehalli area, which is quite close to Kaadugodi. The stairs can be a bit of a climb, but once you are up here, it is much quieter than the street below. We have several rooms filled with computer desks and monitors that stay on for most of the day. The hum of the cooling fans is the main sound you hear in our hallways. People come here to learn how to use software or to practice their typing and coding skills. We keep the curtains drawn sometimes because the sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon. Sri Ram Arcade is a busy building, so there is always someone coming or going. We spend our time fixing minor glitches with the keyboards or helping a student who got stuck on a lesson. It is not a corporate office with leather chairs. It is just a place with desks, chairs, and enough power strips to keep everything running. Being near Kaadugodi means we get a lot of young people who live nearby. We usually have a few fans going and the smell of old electronics is always in the air. We stay until late evening making sure all the machines are shut down properly before we lock up.
